If the following list of questions does not answer your questions or it does not allow you to complete your bond application with confidence, do not hesitate to contact us.
All the loans that we guarantee are deposited by direct deposit. If your request is approved and you return the duly signed contract to us before 11:30 am, your money will be deposited electronically into your account the same day between noon and midnight. If your request is approved and you return the duly signed contract to us after 11:30 am, your money will be deposited electronically into your account the next day always between noon and midnight. You will also be offered to instantly receive your deposit by Interac e-transfer for a fee of $25.
Here are the criteria to be met:
  • Be 18 years of age and over
  • Be a resident of Canada
  • Hold a stable job
  • Receive your salary by direct deposit into a Canadian bank account
  • Have a net income of at least $1,500 per month
  • Not having made a consumer proposal, debt consolidation or bankruptcy in the last 30 days or considering making a consumer proposal, debt consolidation or bankruptcy in the next 6 months
  • Social solidarity (If the net income is less than $1500 per month)
  • Alimony payments
  • Loans and grants

A surety agreement is a form of endorsement that allows you to obtain a loan despite the absence of a credit history or a debt ratio that is too high.

The guarantor endorses the loan on your behalf in order to reduce the risk incurred by the lender.

We will analyze your request in the same way as an employee!

  • Instant Bank Verification (IBV) missing
  • Too recent bank account
  • Incomplete documents for analysis
  • Non-compliance with the eligibility criteria
  • Debt ratio too high;
  • NSF and/or chargeback.
  • Other reasons considered appropriate.
  • You are eligible for renewal if your balance is less than $150.
  • The client with a balance of less than $ 150 but who has not respected the initial terms of his contract could be refused his request. Other reasons for refusal may also apply.
  • The renewal of your bond is never guaranteed.

We will redirect you to the lender who will take care of sending you the payment information in order to pay the balance of your loan.

First, you must contact us at (877) 215-1293 to identify the solution that best suits you. We are flexible and attentive to customer needs.

It is therefore possible for you to modify your payment schedule for a fee of $ 12.50 or to postpone a payment for a fee of $ 25. A $40 fee will be charged for an NSF direct debit or for a chargeback. All fees listed above are at the discretion of the lender.

In case of prolonged default of payment, the debt will be transferred to our collection agency.

  • Any new application for a guarantee must be sent to us via our website under the New Application tab.
  • We do not make a request over the phone. You must then complete the instant bank verification (IBV). It is sent to us by your financial institution and allows us to access your bank statement, in read-only copy. This system allows us to speed up the approval process and it is 100% secure because it does not allow us to access your username and password under any circumstances.
  • If your request is accepted, you will receive an email asking for the missing documents in order to confirm your identity and finalize your request. Otherwise, you will receive an email indicating the reason for your refusal.
